Global Brain has invested in Estate Technologies Inc. (Estate Technologies), a company providing the industry’s most accurate real estate price estimation API, through its GB-VIII Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (GB-VIII) as the lead investor.

Estate Technologies develops and provides real estate price estimation APIs that meet the needs of various businesses, and also develops and provides services that make real estate transactions accessible to individuals, such as the “Dr.Asset” series of AI-based real estate information provision services.

Based on this funding, the company aims to provide a transparent transaction environment for all stakeholders in real estate transactions by further accelerating business development based on the strength of its real estate price estimation engine, which boasts an MER(*) of 2.93, an industry-leading accuracy level in the Japanese real estate market, where the high degree of opacity of information is often pointed out. *MER (median error rate) is the median error value, an indicator of the accuracy of estimation results in the field of machine learning. A smaller value of MER means higher estimation accuracy.
