Eligibility
  • Companies that have not yet reached Series A, such as Seed to Pre-Series A
  • Companies with scalable and innovative technology
  • Overseas companies interested in entering the Japanese market
Preferred applicants
  • Companies wishing to brush up product development, IR, or business plans
  • Companies seeking advice or improvement in PR, intellectual property, or recruitment
  • Companies wanting to expand their network with business corporations or VCs
Participation requirements
  • Ability to comply with application, selection, and adoption procedures and obligations
  • Ability to participate in lectures, mentoring, Demo Day, and other programs held during the program period (four months). Participation in mentoring and Demo Day is mandatory. Please participate in the remaining programs as much as possible.
  • Company must be established by the start of the program
  • Consent to have activities published on the GB Xlimit program website and various media
  • Agreement to the terms and conditions of this program
  • Consent to accept an investment of 10 million yen from a fund operated by Global Brain
Pre-briefing sessions
Selection process
  • Document screening — selection based on the information registered in the application form
  • Interviews (about 2–3 times) — selection through interviews including business pitch and Q&A
  • Final document screening — submit the requested documents for final selection (financial statements for the last 3 fiscal years, certificate of registered matters, articles of incorporation, shareholder register, etc.)
  • Notification of selection results and program start
