**Platform Group**: Support professionals dedicated to value creation and hands-on support for portfolio companies
**Fund Management Group**: Operations professionals handling overall fund management
**Corporate Management Group**: Corporate infrastructure professionals covering Global Brain’s firm-wide functions, such as legal, system development, public relations, IT
**Defined responsibilities of GPs and MPs: Investment and operational oversight**
Depending on the roles of each professional unit, we have established GP and MP as the two highest-ranking positions. **GP**: As the highest-ranking position within the Investment Group, GPs serve as the ultimate authorities leading overall investment activities. Beyond executing individual deals, they holistically oversee fund raising, investment strategy development, portfolio construction, post-investment hands-on support, and successful exits to maximize fund performance. As of May 26, 2026, the number of GPs has expanded to 10, achieving a highly diverse investment structure that relies on collective rather than individual strength. **MP**: As the highest-ranking positions within the Platform, Fund Management, and Corporate Management Groups, MPs serve as the ultimate authorities for operational execution and organizational infrastructure. Defining middle- and back-office professionals as MPs will elevate our governance and hands-on support to the next level.
