Global Brain has invested in STYLE PORT Inc. (STYLE PORT), a provider of a VR communication platform for the real estate sector "ROOV," through its KURONEKO Innovation Fund (KURONEKO Fund).

STYLE PORT provides an innovative communication platform "ROOV" that integrates VR technology for virtual property tours with a comprehensive cloud-based platform that consolidates essential documents and content for both potential buyers and real estate companies. As of September 2023, approximately 100 major property developers have adopted the "ROOV" system.

Global Brain has decided to invest in STYLE PORT, recognizing its endeavors to seamlessly integrate VR with traditional real estate practices as well as the potential of digital transformation within the real estate sector and the new value it can create. Through this investment, Global Brain will provide extensive management support for their business expansion and future growth.
