(RevComm), a company developing and providing AI-powered voice analytics SaaS for business communications, through SMBC-GB Growth Fund jointly managed with SMBC Edge Co., Ltd. as the lead investor. This round of funding was also joined by KDDI Open Innovation Fund III (KOIF III) for a follow-on investment. As the use of generative AI and autonomous AI agents advances, the essence of AI-native management lies in the collection and analysis of unstructured data, such as conversations. RevComm develops and provides the MiiTel SaaS product series (including MiiTel Phone, MiiTel Meetings, MiiTel RecPod, and MiiTel Call Center), which integrates communication infrastructure with voice AI across all business voice channels, including phone calls, web conferences, in-person meetings, and in-store interactions. By accumulating and capitalizing on live primary information generated on the front lines, RevComm serves as a platform that holds this most critical data, leading to its growing adoption as a management infrastructure, especially among large enterprises. Going beyond a mere voice analytics tool, RevComm is evolving into a next-generation data platform that will serve as the AI data/context layer and AI orchestration layer, dictating corporate competitiveness.
