Global Brain has invested in Rally, an investment platform that lets investors invest directly in rare alternative assets
Global Brain has invested in Rally through its GB-VII Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (GB-VII) and KDDI Open Innovation Fund III (KOIF III).
Rally is a first-of-its-kind platform where unique, high-value assets are securitized, split into shares, then offered as equity investments to retail investors. The company’s mission is to democratize alternative asset investing by providing access, liquidity, and transparency to markets that have traditionally only been available to a select few.
Global Brain sees a significant opportunity in Rally’s mission of democratizing alternative asset investing. Rally has been at the forefront of bringing fractional alternative investments to investors and continues to be the best-in-class investment platform of the space.
Global Brain will partner with Rally by assisting its penetration into the global markets, including but not limited to building partnerships/alliances with its potential partners.
