Global Brain has invested in NOT A HOTEL Inc. (NOT A HOTEL), a startup providing a new way of home ownership, through its KDDI Open Innovation Fund III (KOIF III).
NOT A HOTEL offers a platform to purchase a share of a property, starting from 10 days per year, that can be held as an asset like a home or vacation home and can be mutually used by owners.
Global Brain has decided to invest in NOT A HOTEL, as we highly recognize its experienced management team and its growth potential that could realize a new way of home ownership. Through this investment, Global Brain will work with KDDI to support its further growth.
