Global Brain has invested in Moi Corporation, a Japanese startup providing distributed live video streaming service “TwitCasting”
Global Brain (GB) has invested in Moi Corporation, (CEO: Yosuke Akamatsu), a Japanese startup providing distributed live video streaming service “TwitCasting”, through its GB-VI Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (GB-VI) and KDDI Open Innovation Fund (“KOIF”).
Moi's mission is to connecting people with each other and enriching the lives of people around the world. Moi has created a healthy community over the years by providing comfortable communication and a place through TwitCasting. As a service that can deliver video anytime and anywhere with a single smartphone, the number of users has surpassed 25 million, mainly for young people under the age of 24.
GB evaluated Moi's solid customer base and management ability, sympathized with the vision, and decided to invest. Through this investment, GB will provide various support including business strategies development and expansion of its business.
