Global Brain has invested in Digital Alpha, a peer to peer lending platformer
Global Brain (GB) has invested in Digital Alpha Group Pte. Ltd. (Digital Alpha), a peer to peer lending platformer, through its KDDI Open Innovation Fund III (KOIF).
Digital Alpha utilizes an original credit scoring model with its data-based algorithms to provide a peer to peer lending platform “UangTeman” that provides transparent short-term micro loans for consumers and MSMEs in Indonesia. They already obtained its permanent online lending license from the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) on May 2019. This means that they are one of the key forerunners of a socially responsible online lending in Indonesia.
GB has decided to invest in Digital Alpha because we appreciate their deep knowledge in peer to peer lending market, technological competence, and strong management capability.
