Global Brain has invested in Brave group Inc., a VTuber company with multiple businesses

Global Brain has invested in Brave group Inc. (Brave group), a VTuber company with multiple businesses, through its 31VENTURES Global Innovation Fund II (31VENTURES II, a corporate venture capital fund of Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.).

Brave group is operating multiple businesses in a wide range of fields with the purpose of “Japanese Adventure, World Wide Romance” and the mission to “Strike Wonder in 8 Billion Hearts.” The company has been working on the intellectual property (IP) business that comprehensively produces VTubers, including the next generation virtual esports project “VSPO!” and the virtual music label “RIOT MUSIC.” In addition, its platform business operates a virtual school city “ME Campus” as well as an e-commerce site “colleize” specializing in official goods and licensed products from anime and manga. Brave group is creating synergy effects by expanding its business fields to esports, extended reality (XR), digital transformation (DX), and incubation.

Global Brain has decided to invest in Brave group, highly recognizing its ability to produce its IPs, extensive track record, and business development capabilities to expand its business domains through collaboration with a variety of companies. Through this investment, Global Brain will work with Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. to provide Brave group with multifaceted support including further business expansion in Japan and overseas.
