Global Brain has made an additional investment in PartnerSuccess, Inc. (PartnerSuccess), a provider of cloud-based partner relationship management software, through its GB-VIII Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (GB-VIII).

PartnerSuccess is a startup that supports corporate partner sales activities by providing “PartnerSuccess,” a cloud system for managing distributor collaboration that enables vendors and manufacturers to build good relationships with distributors (partner companies) in the partner sales channel and reduce management costs. Adoption of partner relationship management (PRM) software has been advancing, especially among global companies, and is used by companies in a wide range of sectors. In the Japanese market, however, despite the partner sales channel constituting the majority of sales, it is difficult for companies to achieve results due to increased management costs caused by complicated and non-digitized communication between vendors/manufacturers and distributors. In order to solve this problem, PartnerSuccess will further enhance its product and service to improve the user experience for vendors and distributors so that they can achieve better results than ever before.

Global Brain has decided to additionally invest in PartnerSuccess based on its high level of understanding of the inefficiencies and customer pains that exist in this domain, and the fact that the company is making significant progress in its business. Through this investment, Global Brain will actively support PartnerSuccess to further contribute to its business growth.
