Shohei manages the Creative Department, focusing on planning, specification development, and direction of various systems. He is also responsible for improving system-related operations.

Shohei joined a startup right after finishing education, where he experienced sales, media management, directing app development, launching South Korea branch, and public listing in the South Korean market.Then, he founded a tech startup and launched the business development/back office divisions as the sole non-engineer member. He was responsible for all operations including financing except product development. He joined GB after selling the company to a major data center business operator.

Shohei loves internet browsing, gaming, and going out for a drink.
