Shohei joined GB in 2018, focusing on investment activities in various fields. He is also a Value Up Team member, supporting many portfolio startups.

Before joining GB, Shohei worked for JPMorgan Securities Japan, JICA and Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting. He was engaged in rates trading at JPMorgan, investment/lending to emerging countries' private sector and infrastructure projects at JICA, and was responsible for cross-border M&A strategy and PMI consulting at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting.

Shohei enjoys listening to music and picking the perfect background music for work. Every year, he selects his best album of the year.
