Naoki joined GB's Value Up Team in 2020 as Venture Partner and supports portfolio startups. Based on his experience at global tech companies, he works on operational improvement projects for organizational issues and specific functions such as sales/products. He is also responsible for mentoring the management team of portfolio startups.

Naoki built his career at multiple companies in diverse industries including Yamaha Motor, McKinsey & Company, Google, Square, Pinterest. In his most recent career, he was the Japan Country Manager and Head of APAC at Pinterest.
