Kazunori joined GB in 2018 and is responsible for investment execution and post-investment support for startups. He also develops CVC's investment strategies, driving collaborations with portfolio startups.

As a consultant at BCG, Kazunori was responsible for projects for large corporations in various industries such as financial institutions, trading companies, and manufacturers. At AAIC, he mainly supported Japanese companies in expanding businesses to Asian countries and has worked in Singapore.

Kazunori enjoys running (mainly half marathons), watching sports (any kind of sports including baseball and soccer), going to the gym, and traveling.
