As the General Counsel, he is responsible for driving the legal strategies including domestic/international legal and due diligence matters.

After working in the legal and intellectual property departments of a company in Kyoto, he established a legal department managing North and South America. After returning to Japan, he was involved in M&A strategies at the Corporate Strategy Division, and then served as a North Asia Regional Counsel at the NASDAQ-listed Enterprise SaaS company.
