Leveraging his experience of working at both the investor side and startup side, Atsushi supports startups in overall back office operations spanning from company foundation to IPO such as developing business plans, establishing finance/corporate management divisions, IPO preparation, and internal control.

Atsushi started his career as a broadcast writer while in university, later working at ADWAYS, big data startup DATUM STUDIO, etc. prior to joining GB. At ADWAYS, he was responsible for launching the CVC division and investing in AdTech and marketing startups. At DATUM STUDIO, he was in charge of finance and IPO preparation as CFO and led the company to M&A exit.
