Global Brain has invested in WasteX Pte. Ltd. (WasteX), a company that offers waste-to-biochar production equipment and services to agricultural producers and farms across Southeast Asia, through its Norinchukin Innovation Fund L.P. (NCIF).

WasteX helps agricultural producers and farms unlock 3-5x more value from biomass in the form of tangible benefits from agricultural improvements, carbon credits generation, and heat production. Aside from production and sale of the carbonizer equipment, WasteX provides a complete suite of services to ensure the solution’s successful implementation.

Global Brain is highly impressed by WasteX abilities to develop such a cost-effective playbook to create additional benefits for farmers across Southeast Asia.
