Global Brain has invested in SpeakBUDDY Ltd., a company running the English learning App “SpeakBUDDY” with AI voice recognition system and the online English coaching service “SpartaBUDDDY”, through its GB-VII Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (GB-VII) and its 31VENTURES Global Innovation Fund I (31VENTURES).
SpeakBUDDY Ltd. (former appArray Inc.), founded in May 2013, has provided the English learning App “SpeakBUDDY” with AI voice recognition system and the online English coaching service “SpartaBUDDDY” with their mission “Towards a multilingual world”. The subscribers of the app “SpeakBUDDY” can talk with the virtual AI companions in English without any psychological barrier to learning through the use of AI technology such as voice recognition system, natural language processing, and various other features.
“SpartaBUDDY” allows subscribers to learn high-level English skills within a few months. Highly skilled coaches are assigned to each student and help students to design the best learning program based on their individual needs. Coaches then continue to give support and advice while managing the student’s progress.
SpeakBUDDY Ltd. will aim for more growth by improving their products, acquiring and developing human resources, and enhancing their marketing through this financing.
