Global Brain has invested in Source Defense, the provider of the first-ever prevention solution for website supply-chain attacks, alongside with Jerusalem Venture Partners

Global Brain (GB) has invested in Source Defense (CEO: Hadar Blutrich), an Israeli cyber security startup providing the first-ever prevention solution for website supply-chain attacks, through its GB-VI Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (GB-VI) and 31VENTURES Global Innovation Fund I (31VENTURES).

Source Defense provides an entirely new and unique solution preventing website supply chain attacks that existing security solutions cannot prevent. Source Defense provides a fully automated and machine-learning assisted set of rules and policies that define the access and permissions of all 3rd party JavaScript operating on a website. The Source Defense solution ensures 3rd party JavaScript may only provide the intended rich functionality and may not be leveraged for malicious data extraction or website alteration.

Global Brain will leverage its resources to support Source Defense by assisting its penetration into the Asian market, including but not limited to building partnership/alliances with its potential clients.
