Global Brain has invested in RUTILEA, Inc. (RUTILEA), a company providing business process automation with Zero-Code AI, through its Shimadzu Future Innovation Fund L.P. (Shimadzu FIF).

RUTILEA develops and provides "Multimodal AI REO," a real-time work recognition system used in manufacturing plants, "Document Generative AI," which automates document creation and management, and "ImagePro," no-code AI image processing software.

The manufacturing industry is facing a serious labor shortage, especially of IT personnel involved in the introduction of digital transformation (DX) and digital technologies. Therefore, RUTILEA is working to provide AI products that help improve labor productivity by making highly accurate AI ready for use. The problem of insufficient data, which becomes a barrier in the process of introducing AI-based products, can be solved with its proprietary foundation model and generative AI. RUTILEA provides products that simplify the complexity of the implementation process with zero code, thereby solving the issues of labor and IT staff shortages.

Global Brain has decided to invest in RUTILEA because of the company's social significance of addressing productivity improvement and IT personnel shortage in the manufacturing industry, high technological capabilities, and potential of DX in the manufacturing market. Global Brain will contribute to the growth of RUTILEA’s business together with Shimadzu FIF.
