Global Brain has invested in RightTouch, Inc. (RightTouch), an enterprise SaaS business specializing in customer support, through its Global Brain Flagship Fund IX.
RightTouch is a startup that was carved out from PLAID, Inc. in October 2021. With the mission to free all people from negative experiences and unlocking their potential, RightTouch is fundamentally rethinking what customer support can be. By analyzing customer web behavior data in real time before inquiries, they have developed RightSupport by KARTE, which enables proactive support on your website, no coding required. Furthermore, to optimize the entire customer support experience, RightTouch has been pursuing a compound growth model from the outset and has released four products and generative AI features in three years. Providing multiple products has enabled the company to collect diverse data related to communication between companies and customers—including VoC—thereby maximizing the effectiveness of generative AI.
Global Brain has decided to invest in RightTouch due to its innovative and unique products and excellent management team. Through this investment, Global Brain will support the business growth of RightTouch, which decided to carve out from the PLAID Group to achieve significant growth.
