Global Brain has invested in RevComm Inc., a company providing cloud IP phone with artificial intelligence, through its KDDI Open Innovation Fund III (KOIF III).
RevComm Inc. founded in July 2017, has provided the cloud IP phone with artificial intelligence service,”MiiTel”. They focus on issues in phone sales and customer support/success for now. These industries are having “Black Box Problem”, which is Nobody knows “What” and “How” conversation is made between a sales representative and a customer. “MiiTel” is the solution to the issue with analyzing and visualizing the conversations by artificial intelligence.
There is a huge demand for “MiiTel” in the new normal post-COVID-19, so it is growing rapidly. On top of that, they are going to expand “MiiTel” beyond their current business domains with their high technical strength in the future.
