Global Brain has invested in RECEPTIONIST Inc. (RECEPTIONIST), a SaaS company providing a visitor management solution, through its GB-VII Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (GB-VII).
RECEPTIONIST is introduced to 4,000 enterprises and achieved No.1 share in visitor management SaaS solution in Japan, as of Apr 2021. On top of ‘Visitor management’, renewed functions are released such as ‘Appointment scheduling’ and ‘Meeting room management’ software. So, users can now enjoy seamless experience from scheduling – room booking – visitor management, all one-stop at RECEPTIONIST.
Global Brain highly evaluated the team’s deep understanding of pain around the visitor management, and high growth potential. Through this investment, Global Brain shall support enhancing its business expansion, and defining new standard of seamless ‘Omotenashi’ wherever people meet on business together.
