Global Brain has invested in PathosLogos Corp. (PathosLogos), a developer of data linkage platform for HR SaaS products, through its 31VENTURES Global Innovation Fund II (31VENTURES II, a corporate venture capital fund of Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.) and Norinchukin Innovation Fund L.P. (NCIF).

While more Japanese companies are adopting SaaS products in recent years, major corporations are particularly facing an issue of data linkage among SaaS products. To address this in the HR field, PathosLogos develops and offers a collaborative platform for linking multiple HR SaaS and ERP software data. Additionally, the company offers its proprietary HR and payroll SaaS "Combosite” that operates on the platform, along with other software developed by partner companies. Through the provision of this collaborative HR platform, PathosLogos aims to alleviate the burden of HR-related tasks for major corporations, enhance the flexibility of their HR systems, and contribute to the advancement of human capital management, ultimately bolstering the competitiveness of Japanese businesses.

Global Brain has decided to invest in PathosLogos, highly recognizing the growth potential of its product which meets Japanese major corporations’ need for adopting HR SaaS products and solves associated challenges. Global Brain also places expectations on PathosLogos' team, led by CEO Makino, which possesses extensive experience in the development, distribution, and maintenance of HR software tailored for major corporations. Through this investment, Global Brain will support PathosLogos' business expansion, including organizational strengthening and talent acquisition, to further facilitate their growth journey.
