Global Brain has invested in PartnerSuccess, Inc. (PartnerSuccess), a provider of cloud-based partner relationship management software, through its GB-VIII Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (GB-VIII) as the lead investor.

PartnerSuccess supports corporate partner sales strategies by providing “PartnerSuccess,” a cloud system that enables companies to effectively and efficiently build relationship between vendors (manufacturers) and agencies (partner companies) in the partner sales channel and reduce management costs. Partner sales have become mainstream, especially among global companies, and are said to be utilized by about 80% of product companies. In the Japanese market, despite the expansion of the partner sales channel, it is still difficult to achieve results due to the increase in management costs caused by complicated and analog communication. In order to solve this issue, in addition to the partner database, information sharing, and sales opportunity management functions that “PartnerSuccess” has offered to date, the company will continue to expand its functions and improve the user experience for vendors and agencies so that they can achieve even better results.
