Global Brain has invested in MyRefer, Inc. (MyRefer), provider of an HR SaaS product “MyRefer”, supporting employee referral program, through its GB-VII Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (GB-VII).
“MyRefer” is an HR SaaS product that helps its users strengthen employee referral program to find best people to grow their businesses.
With the product, HR department members can easily share job listings with all staff and can manage each candidate from referral program. Any other member in the company can inform his/her friends of the job listings by using MyRefer app (iOS/Android).
Global Brain sees huge potential in recruitment by referral programs in Japan, where recruitment agents and job boards still are major recruitment measures. Global Brain will continue leveraging its resources to assist MyRefer’s business development and growth.
