Global Brain has made an additional investment in Mojo Vision, the Invisible Computing company and developer of the First True Smart Contact Lens

Global Brain has made an additional investment in Mojo Vision, the Invisible Computing company and developer of the First True Smart Contact Lens, “Mojo Lens,” through its KDDI Open Innovation Fund III (KOIF III).

Mojo Lens is a contact lens with a built-in display that provides users with timely information, without interrupting their work to stare at the screen. Mojo Vision has already been working with Menicon Co., Ltd., the Japanese contact lens manufacturer, and is partnering with sports brands such as Adidas, aiming to create a new market for this completely new type of smart device. In addition to that, Mojo Vision has been selected to the Disney Accelerator program to study the possibilities to adapt their technology to Disney’s business.

Global Brain invested in the company for the first time in 2020 and has been building a cooperative relationship. We have now participated in a fundraising led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA). Global Brain will actively support Mojo Vision's entry into the Japanese market.
