(Meiji Yasuda FIF). miive is a startup that offers a points-based employee benefits platform called “miive,” which utilizes pre-paid VISA cards and a mobile app. As human capital investment is becoming increasingly important for companies due to a shrinking population and diversifying work styles, employee benefits that companies provide need to be diversified, but there are not many services that cater to emerging needs. On the platform provided by miive, companies can set up where to use and how to use the points based on their own benefits programs, which allow the employees redeem points simply by paying with the dedicated card. “miive” resolves a variety of issues faced by the companies, such as enhancing benefits for employees to respond to the inflation, differentiating themselves from competitors in recruitment and retention rate, offering same benefits across branches, and reviewing existing benefits.
