Global Brain has invested in ISTORE ISEND PTE. LTD, which operates an EC-enabling and fulfillment business
Global Brain, through KURONEKO Innovation Fund, has invested in ISTORE ISEND PTE. LTD (ISTORE ISEND), which operates an EC-enabling and fulfillment business.
Founded in November 2015, ISTORE ISEND mainly provides EC-enabling services to foreign FMCG brands and fulfillment services to local D2C brands, primarily in Malaysia and Singapore. At present, it deals with approximately more than 30 foreign FMCG brands and 300 local brands. ISTORE ISEND integrated EC site construction and operation, warehousing, and delivery, providing comprehensive management through its own IT system. Its strengths are market access through connecting to a lot of marketplaces, comprehensive product service from ordering to delivery, and abundant options of logistics service providers and user-friendly product UX, receiving support from its customers.
Although ISTORE ISEND has been developing operations mainly in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, the needs from existing customers for expanding into other countries are increasing. In the future, it plans to promote global expansion into countries such as Thailand and Vietnam.
In addition, ISTORE ISEND will promote omni channel cooperation to manage offline inventory of foreign brands, provide its own integrated management product to warehouse partners, enhance warehouse network construction, and promote business growth of customers by constructing and strengthening the operation system according to customers’ needs.
During this era of rapid e-commerce market expansion in Asia, Global Brain has decided to invest after evaluating ISTORE ISEND management team’s deep understanding of this business area, its product development capability that vertically integrates the entire value chain from ordering to delivery, and high customer satisfaction it receives from the existing brands.
