Global Brain (GB) has invested in Crowd Investment Co., Ltd., (Croud Investment), a real estate social lending platform launching “FUEL online fund”, through its SFV・GB L.P. (SFV・GB fund).
With its strong expertise in real estate and financial industries, Crowd Investment will offer middle-risk/middle-return investment opportunity for individual investors as well as alternative financing method for real estate businesses.
Through this funding, Crowd Investment aims to accelerate the hiring of engineering and operation teams for the upcoming service launch.
