To improve this issue, CompStak offers a lease comps database for commercial real estate with as many as 4 million lease comps being provided through a crowdsourced platform where brokers, etc. can share their own lease comps and view others for free. In the future, CompStak aims to further strengthen its services by expanding its analysis functions and service lineup such as sales comps and property information.
