Global Brain has invested in amptalk, Inc. (amptalk), a company providing AI-powered tools for sales enablement, through its GB-IX Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (GB-IX) as the lead investor.

This round of funding was also joined by Meiji Yasuda Future Innovation Fund L.P. (Meiji Yasuda FIF).

amptalk is driven by its mission to “maximize time for face-to-face human interactions.” and offers two key services: “amptalk analysis,” which transcribes, summarizes, and analyzes meeting discussions, and “amptalk assist,” a tool that enables users to input and search meeting data in Salesforce via chat tools. In the context of the shrinking workforce and increased employee mobility, improving productivity has become a pressing issue. At the same time, the complexity of products and the evolution of sales practices following the COVID-19 pandemic have diversified the skills required of sales professionals. amptalk’s services address these challenges by leveraging AI to make meeting content transparent and by facilitating the automatic or simple storage of meeting data in SFA/CRM systems. By transforming meeting data into valuable assets, amptalk supports businesses in improving productivity, achieving higher conversion rates, and training internal team members. With this funding round, the company plans to recruit talented sales and engineering professionals and develop new products in the sales support domain.
