Global Brain has invested in Aeronext Inc. (Aeronext), a company developing future drone technologies and accelerating social implementation of drone delivery logistics service, through its KDDI Open Innovation Fund III (KOIF III).

Aeronext designs the future through technology, aiming that the sky becomes social infrastructure and drones are utilized to solve social problems. Its core technology is proprietary structural design technology, 4D GRAVITY®︎, which optimizes the center of gravity of the aircraft to improve stability, efficiency, and mobility of industrial drones. Aeronext is expanding a partnership-based platform business based on 4D GRAVITY®︎ licenses on a global scale by incorporating its strong patent portfolio into a standard feature in industrial drones.

Also, Aeronext is actively working with its partners to achieve social implementation of the drone logistics service. "SkyHub®" is an initiative to provide the combination of a traditional delivery truck and drone delivery with Seino Holdings Co., Ltd. "AirTruck" is Japan's first mass-produced logistics-specified drone developed with ACSL Ltd. Going forward, Aeronext plans to accelerate its initiatives through business alliance with the KDDI Group.
