Global Brain partners with ANA HOLDINGS on its corporate venture capital fund, “ANA Future Frontier Fund”

Global Brain Corporation (Global Brain) and ANA HOLDINGS INC. (ANA HD) will jointly establish “ANA Future Frontier Fund” on April 11, 2024.

The ANA group is currently working towards realizing its new management vision “Uniting the World in Wonder.” To achieve this, the group is expanding its business domains from aviation to next-generation mobility, from the extraordinary to the everyday, and from the real to the virtual, in order to diverse connections that begin in the sky. Furthermore, following the COVID-19 pandemic, the group has been working on enhancing the volatility resilience of its aviation business and expanding its business portfolio to create synergy effects with its existing operations.

This fund focuses primarily on investments in the fields of next-generation mobility (air mobility, MaaS platforms, Universal MaaS, drones, space, etc.), customer base utilization businesses (Fintech, data analytics, NFTs, etc.), carbon-neutral (fuels such as SAF, negative emission technologies like DAC, green energy, carbon offsetting, etc.), and aviation services and operations (robotics, AI, autonomous driving technologies, etc.). Through open innovation, this fund will connect knowledge and technology across countries and companies, both within and outside the ANA group, to provide new value while staying close to the customers and society and fill the world with hope and joy.

As the General Partner of ANA Future Frontier Fund, Global Brain will find promising startups, make investment decisions, and provide a wide range of support to startups which the fund invests in, striving to achieve rapid growth of the startups.
