Global Brain has made an additional investment as the lead investor in SUPER STUDIO Inc. (SUPER STUDIO), a provider of an integrated commerce platform called ecforce for digital transformation (DX) in commerce, through 31VENTURES – Global Brain – Growth I Project (Growth I Project), the JPY 30 billion venture investment project jointly managed with Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Mitsui Fudosan), mainly targeting growth stage startups.

SUPER STUDIO offers ecforce, an integrated commerce platform that enables marketing and sales channel enhancement and agile data utilization to realize DX in commerce. In 2023, SUPER STUDIO set a goal of entering the offline market, and since then, it has focused on providing online-merge-offline (OMO) solutions as an integrated commerce platform.

SUPER STUDIO’s services have expanded from e-commerce and D2C to entire commerce, also focusing on data utilization, the key to DX in commerce. SUPER STUDIO also offers products that enable users to achieve integrated management, analysis, and utilization of online and offline data in a seamless manner, such as ecforce cdp, a system for building customer data platform for e-commerce and stores; ecforce bi, a dashboard tool for data visualization and analysis; and ecforce ma, a marketing automation (MA) tool for efficient marketing measures.

ecforce has become an essential platform for commerce businesses as it provides end-to-end support to users, from building various sales channels, including e-commerce, to integrated management, analysis, and utilization of data as an integrated commerce platform that enables enhanced marketing and sales and agile data utilization for achieving DX in commerce.
