Global Brain has made an additional investment in SIXTYPERCENT.inc (SIXTYPERCENT), an operator of a fashion e-commerce site for Gen Z “60%” featuring Asian brands, through its KURONEKO Innovation Fund (KURONEKO Fund).

“60%” is an online specialty store with over 1,400* brands (mainly indie brands) from around 10 Asian countries such as South Korea, offering more than 100,000* items. 90% of the users are in their teens/20s or Gen Z people who are interested in the site’s product lineup that cannot be found in Japan. “60%” has been established as a “unique cross-border e-commerce solution” that offers a wide range of features all in one place including multi-language assistance, logistics, payment, and customer service. Companies can start selling their brand items to overseas customers as soon as three days after signing a contract, without any initial or running costs.

Global Brain has decided to additionally invest in SIXTYPERCENT, highly recognizing the management team’s ability to deliver as well as the company’s marketing focused on Gen Z and growth potential. Through this investment, Global Brain will actively support SIXTYPERCENT in achieving further business expansion with Yamato Holdings Co., Ltd., the Limited Partner of KURONEKO Fund.
