Through the platform, recruitment agencies can introduce their candidates to over 2,000 job offers posted on this online service, by saving time on searching new job offers by themselves. At the same time, they can earn 100% contingency fees without any revenue share upon success of placements. As a result, the service is experiencing a rapid growth in 2 years, with a monthly growth at 120% in the number of candidate introductions and over 10,000 introductions per month. Further, ROXX has launched, on Oct 2019, a reference check service named “back check” (https://backcheck.jp/), which enables enterprises to easily acquire professional information of job candidates from their bosses or colleagues. The information acquired through this solution includes professional experience or achievements, which are not clearly discovered through documents or job interviews. It is also simple and reasonable. Several dozens of questions can be automatically generated based on the job positions, and reference check is simply completed online. Further, its fee is much cheaper than traditional reference check services (approximately 90% cheaper). As a consequence, over 300 enterprises and start-ups have introduced the service, and have used for various positions, since its official launch on Oct 2019.
