An online English learning platform company RareJob Inc, a Global Brain's portfolio company, has successfully closed its initial public offering.

On June 27th, 2014, RareJob Inc., a Global Brain's portfolio company, went public on Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers section.

Since the investment in RareJob Inc., Global Brain has been providing wide-range of hands-on support including the followings:
1. Consultation for building administrative structure
2. Hiring of key personnel such as CFO and auditing officer
3. Consultation for long-term business development
4. Preparation for the IPO
