Global Brain Corporation has invested in ZOYI Corporation, a Korea-based startup providing an O2O solutions, as a lead investor
Global Brain Corporation(GB) has invested in ZOYI Corporation (ZOYI), a Korea-based startup providing an Online to Offline solutions, through its KDDI Open Innovation Fund (“KOIF”) and GB-VI Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership(“GB-VI”).
ZOYI provides “Walk Insights”, which enables retailers to analyze numbers of shoppers and track paths of each shopper, and “Channel”, which enables online retailers communicate with visitors of online shops. ZOYI also integrates “Walk Insights” and “Channel” to realize “O2O” analytic and promotion solutions to large retail chains in both Korea and Japan.
By using ZOYI’s technologies, retail chains can execute complicated and high level analysis based on various factors which were not obtained by existing solutions, and ZOYI has track records of having large retail chains as clients in Korea and Japan.
GB highly evaluated ZOYI’s technology, and will support its business in Japan, Korea, and other countries.
