Global Brain has invested in Peerspace, the leading marketplace for finding and booking unique venues for meetings, events, and productions

Global Brain has invested in Peerspace (CEO Rony Chammas), a San Francisco-based company providing short-term access to commercial spaces, through its 31VENTURES Global Innovation Fund I.

Peerspace currently operates in 7 cities in the US and 3 in Europe, where cities’ most inspiring, oftentimes underutilized, spaces create listings on Peerspace allowing property owners and small business operators to drive additional revenue by monetizing their underutilized space.  Peerspace connects these hosts with companies and individuals looking to rent locations for a variety of use cases. To date, over 300,000 people have experienced Peerspace and more than 100,000 booking inquiries have transacted on the platform.

■About Peerspace (http://www.peerspace.com/) Peerspace is the leading online marketplace to find and book meeting, event and production space. Peerspace is headquartered in San Francisco and venture backed by Foundation Capital and other investors.
