Global Brain has invested in Cluster, a virtual event platform provider

Global Brain has invested in Cluster, Inc., a provider of a virtual event platform “cluster” through its GB-VI Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (“GB-VI”) and KDDI Open Innovation Fund (KOIF).

Cluster manages a VR application “cluster” that everyone can hold virtual events and participate in those events easily.

“cluster” provides special experiences that can be got only in a virtual space, and it created a new style entertainment through a paid event “Kaguya Luna VR Live” by a famous virtual talent in August 2018.

Cluster will expand its business through product developments and recruiting activities through this financing.

Global Brain has decided to invest in Cluster because we appreciate the unique vision, strong technological capability, and future growth of a new style entertainment by “cluster”. Global Brain regards the company as a platformer of the fast-growing virtual entertainment industry, and we will support the company in building alliances and partnership to expand their business both domestically and internationally.
