Global Brain has invested in Azit, a driving matching service provider

Global Brain has invested in Azit Inc., a provider of a driving matching service in Japan, through its GB-VI Growth Fund Investment Limited Partnership (“GB-VI”).

Azit manages a mobility platform service “CREW”, which matches “driver” and “rider”. By setting a starting point and an arrival point in CREW app, CREW app matches the rider with a driver who is driving near the rider. After the rider is driven to the arrival point, the rider pays actual cost of the driving (e.g., fuel cost) and system fee. Also, the rider can optionally make a donation for the driver.

GB has decided to invest in Azit because we evaluated the management and growth potential of Azit, which challenges to solve mobility-related social issues.
