Global Brain’s U.S. portfolio startup, Enlighted, was acquired by Siemens
Enlighted Inc., a leading provider of IoT platform for smart buildings, has been acquired by Siemens.
Global Brain has invested in Enlighted through 31VENTURES Global Innovation Fund I in 2017. Enlighted offers an IoT platform for commercial real estate in the world, and expanded their business into Japanese market in 2018.
The company is planning to accelerate its global expansion strategy as a subsidiary of Siemens.
