Yuya joined GB in 2022, and he leads GBHR activities that provide HR support to portfolio startups. Yuya manages “GB Innovators Lounge,” a membership community for those who aspire to work in startups.

Prior to GB, Yuya worked at a foreign headhunting firm and was in charge of a division covering consulting and technology areas in the Japanese market. He himself also provided recruitment support as a headhunter. At a major Japanese job placement agency, he launched a new division and built a team of as many as 20 members.

Yuya is currently making every effort to let more people know how exciting it is to work in startups.
