Thomas is mainly responsible for legal due diligence and contract review for both the European and the US Divisions.

Prior to joining GB, Thomas worked for more than 12 years for the Luxembourg, Singapore and London offices of international law firms active in BeNeLux, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.He mainly advised on Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets and restructurings for private equity funds and large multinationals. Thomas also focused on structuring and regulatory work for alternative investment fund structures as well as UCITs.

During his free time, Thomas likes to travel and to collect Whisky from different countries. He loves walking his dog (also named Whisky) and likes listening to Jazz and Bossa Nova.
