Takuji joined GB in 2021. As a Value Up Team member, he provides portfolio companies with a range of hands-on support related to business strategy/business plan, sales, marketing, talent hiring, and operational improvement regardless of existing or new business.

Takuji joined GB after working at Howtelevision (as executive officer), Livesense, new business consulting firm, etc. He joined Howtelevision [growth market: 7064] before going public and contributed to the company's IPO through serving as CMO, CGO, head of New Business Development Office, etc. At Livesense, he launched "Job Draft" and made it a profitable business at an early stage. As a consultant, he supported nearly 20 new business projects in various phases in the ICT domain.

Internet, soccer, and futsal are his favorite things to do. As FIFA World Cup will be held this year, Japan's match results are his recent major concern.As a father, he loves spending time with his child.
