Ryo joined GB in 2022, and through investment and support to startups, he fosters open innovation between startups and companies to create new business and value.

At NTT DOCOMO, after working in the corporate sales and human resources departments, Ryo engaged in a variety of new business development projects in R&D division, including the management of new business creation programs, the establishment of a joint venture, launching a telemedicine service, and promoting open innovation with the CVC department.

His hobby is visiting delicious restaurants, and recently he particularly loves sushi.
