Riichiro joined GB in 2020 and is responsible for Climate tech and Circular economy investment primarily in North America and Europe. Riichiro is based in New York.

Prior to joining GB, Riichiro worked for BASF where he held positions in R&D and strategic raw material sourcing in Germany and the US. As a chemist, Riichiro managed R&D projects for clean technology development. As part of Center of Excellence team within procurement, he was responsible for raw material procurement and strategic projects.

Riichiro enjoys tennis, Japanese chess, Mahjong, run, and sweets.
