Naoki joined the GB Value Up Team in 2023. He specializes in data/technology-driven growth and provides hands-on support in E2E, including strategy/KPI planning, data analysis, and operational efficiency/automation.

He has experience in global tech startups, GAFA, and consulting firms. He was in charge of a wide range of areas including product, pricing, marketing, supply chain and new business development.

His hobbies include traveling, reading, and visiting museums. He has traveled to more than 35 countries and has been reading more than 50 books every year for about 10 years. Recently, he has been interested in contemporary art and concept art.
